This Saturday features a slew of events including the TJ and Friends Foundation 5th Annual Fall Ride against Cancer.
Steve Higginbotham, who is with the TJ and Friends Foundation, says they are going to be doing something a bit different this year.
“We are going to do something different this year. We are going to wind up in Lincolnton, Georgia”, said Higginbotham. “They want to do a chili cook-off, which will start at 4:30pm, and will probably last until 9:30pm that evening.”
Riders can begin to gather at A&D Cycles on between 11:30am and 1:30pm tomorrow to register. The cost per person to participate will be twenty five dollars, and included in that cost is all you can eat chili once the ride concludes in Lincolnton.
The group will leave A&D Cycles at 2:00pm tomorrow. Higginbotham said that the event is not just limited to just motorcycles, and that anyone who pays can be a part of the ride.
