Another successful event for Friends Helping Friends was held yesterday.

The Annual Friends Helping Friends student vs. coaches basketball game was another great success as the students take yet another win beating the coaches by a final score of 120-0.

Founding Member and Former Head Sponsor Sandy Adams tells us how much money was raised.

“We raised a thousand dollars for the Vickery family”, said Adams. “We’re just so thankful for the generosity of this community and school system. It is just unparallel compared to anything else I have seen.”

The next event for FHF, in addition to their usual special trips, will be a Tennis Tournament that will be held November 15-17 upon board approval.

With great thankfulness, a few students from the game express their gratitude for the community.

“Thank you for supporting us!” said the Students.

More information on the Tennis Tournament will be available as the date approaches
