BREAKING: Fatal Traffic Accident Claims Life of a Bowman Man

An Elbert County man from the Bowman, Georgia area is dead after a fatal traffic accident that occurred yesterday. The accident occurred off of State Route 172 in Madison County, just a few miles before the Elbert County line, according to Madison County Coroner Julie Phillips.
