Abbeville County Sheriff Indicted on Misconduct in Office Charge

Abbeville County Sheriff Charles Goodwin has been indicted by the South Carolina State Grand Jury. Sheriff Goodwin resigned from his position Monday evening. South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson says that Goodwin has been charged with one count of misconduct in office.
