The Elbert County Board of Education holds a work session later this evening in anticipation of their November regular meeting.
Expected to be discussed this evening is the Board of Education’s role in an intergovernmental contract regarding the old Hawes Center property located off of Mill Street.
The board will also discuss Phase II renovations at the Elbert County Comprehensive High School.
Tonight’s work session will be held at the Board of Education’s work session room at their location off of Laurel Drive directly across from Elbert Memorial Hospital.
Members of the community are invited to attend the work session, which will begin at 5:30pm this evening.
