City of Bowman Will Hold a Special Election in 2014

December 13, 2013

The City of Bowman will hold a special election in 2014.

Reason for the special election is due to the resignation of one of the respective Bowman City Councilmembers.

Prior to this week, Councilwoman Pauline Seigler resigned.

The reason for the sudden resignation was not revealed during a work session earlier this week by the Bowman City Council.

The special election will be held on March 18th, 2014.

Early voting will be held at Bowman City Hall, with Election Day voting taking place at the Bowman Community Center.

Once again, Elbert County Probate Judge Stephanie Hewell will serve as the city’s election superintendent.
