In person early voting starts today in Elbert County for the municipal elections taking place in the cities of Bowman and Elberton
Early voting will be held at each of the respective city halls beginning this morning at 8:30am and lasting until 4:30pm each day until Friday November 1st.
In Bowman, city hall is closed from 12:00pm until 1:00pm for lunch, so no early voting will take place during that time frame.
