The Elbert County Board of Commissioners officially meets for the first time in 2013 this evening.
Not much is expected to take place during the regular meeting, but the commission will take care of some beginning of the year formalities.
Some of which include electing a Vice-Chairman for the commission, who will serve a two year term, and also renewing the county’s 911 fees.
The meeting begins at 5:30pm in the board of commissioners meeting room at the Elbert County Government Complex. The public is invited to attend.
