Friends Helping Friends a club at Elbert County High school, which assists some very special students, has recently participated in assisting them during the 2012 Special Olympics Bowling Competition in Athens.
ECCHS champions for the boys division were Latavious Bolton, Tamarcus Fortson, David Sorrow, and Patrick Armstrong. Champions for the Girls Division were Anna Watts, Alexia Teasley, Ashley Fricks, and Bernetta Brown.
All participating students received a ribbon.
