Gasoline prices in the southeast remained relatively stable over the past week, with Georgia seeing a slight drop in its average.
According to AAA, the average price for regular unleaded in Georgia was down two cents a gallon over the previous week.
Monday’s average was $3.44.
The southeastern region as a whole remained lower than the national average for the week which was at $3.57 on Monday.
According to Motortrend.com, the low retail price in Elbert Count is $3.19; in Wilkes County the price is $3.33 for the third straight week; and in Lincoln County, $3.29 remains the low retail price.
