Identity Released of Bowman Man Killed in Wednesday Traffic Accident

The identity of a Bowman, GA man killed in a traffic accident Wednesday has been released.

According to Tracey Watson, from the Georgia Department of Public Safety Public Information Office, 24-year-old Harley Kane Thomason was traveling on State Route 172 in his Volkswagon car, and was rear ended by a Chevy pickup truck.

The impact caused Thomason’s vehicle to travel into the other lane, where the vehicle collided head-on with a Dodge pick-up truck.

Driving the Chevy pickup was another Bowman man, 57-year-old James Randall Guest.

The Georgia State Patrol Specialized Collision Reconstruction Team is conducting a follow-up investigation at this time, and charges are pending in the incident.
