Lady Devils Move on in Region Tournament, Secure Spot in State Tournament

The Lady Devils started their Region Tournament yesterday against the Jackson County Lady Panthers. The Lady Devil got off to a slow start at tip off but picked it up through the first quarter and took an 11-2 lead at the end. In the second quarter the Ladies really heated up and took a 28-9 lead. Bri Moon Jimera Hill, and Keke Glaze were leading the team in scoring with six points each. The Lady Devils began to slow in the third quarter as they only managed four points and allowed the Lady Panthers ten to take the score to 32-19 at the end of three. However, the Lady Devils picked it back up in the fourth and finish with a 45-32 victory moving them on in the Region Tournament and securing a spot in the State Tournament. Bri Moon led in scoring for the Lady Devils with twelve points and was named Tri-County Technical College Player of the Game.
