Recent studies are showing new health problems and silent killers before the age of 18.
Your child could be at a huge risk of developing heart disease, diabetes and other life threatening medical problems, even death.
In light of these recent studies, an educational program will be held on Tuesday May 21st at the Elbert County Emergency Services Complex in the large conference room.
Discussion will include such topics as how much fast food your child eats and how much exercise your child is getting weekly, along with the amount of food and activity combined.
Guest speaker will be Keith Willis, Elbert County Paramedic who recently lost his son at an early age due to heart disease & hypertension.
The program will begin at 6:00pm this Tuesday, and will be open for the community to attend at no cost.
