A foot chase Saturday night leads to the arrest of an Elbert County man.
It happened in the area of McGinty Street and West Rail Road Street after a deputy with the Elbert County Sheriff’s Office initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle of 22-year-old Montravius Partlow.
According to the incident summary, Partlow fled on foot after being pulled over.
Partlow was eventually chased downed and arrested.
He faces several felony charges including three Failure to Appear/Bench Warrant and one Probation Violation.
Partlow is also charged with Obstructing or Hindering Law Enforcement, Driving While License Withdrawn, Failure to Obey Stop Sign, and Failure to Maintain Lane.
After being arrested, Partlow was transported to the Elbert County Detention Center where he remains in custody.
Bond has been set for Partlow at an amount of $2,000.
