Town Hall Meeting Scheduled to Discuss Future of Elbert County

A week from today, a very important town hall style meeting will take place at the Elberton Civic Center.

The purpose of the meeting is to address community economics in 2013, and what the future holds moving forward, as well as to give a snapshot of where the community presently stands and projections of how current trends may impact the future.

During the meeting, there will be presentations from Greg Gunter, Elbert County 4-H Cooperative Extension Director Clay Talton, Elbert County Development Authority Director Beth Eavenson, and more.

The meeting will take place on Monday, November 18th at 7:00pm, and again, will be held at the Elberton Civic Center.

All Elbert County residents are encouraged to attend the meeting.
